I-HUB at DICE
iHub at DICE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that foster community inclusion and impact via innovative programs, which focus on the environmental, societal, and community impact by following the UN's SDG guideline. The current target areas includes: youth leadership, woman empowerment, and health equity.
Meet the team
Jaclyn Lee, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, MS, is a 2018 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Honoree. As a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Advocate, Change Enablement Champion, and Business Strategist, Jaclyn has worked with the leading enterprises in the U.S. and Asia to create high-impact and sustainable changes in workplaces and communities.
Jaclyn brings her 20+ years of business experience to pursue her passion in Business Impact and Inclusion Consulting by founding D-I-C-E Consulting and co-founding iHub.
Chief Financial Officer
Cindy Chen is a community activist. Her passion in youth growth & development, mental health and woman support lead her to make a sustainable impact in her local community. Her footpath includes serving as a Counselor for various youth programs, GIVEs Ambassador to Africa, event planner for local church programs. Cindy is a Certified Public Accountant, currently works for a major pharmaceutical company in central New Jersey.
